TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of bongacoaching.com, the Coach Bonga client platform (app.bongacoaching.com), and all services and digital products sold by Bonga Coaching ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service or creating an account you agree to them.

1. Services

• Coaching packages (Gold, Silver, Life Coaching, Advanced Protocol), consultation calls, and digital products (ebooks) are described with their prices on this website. All prices are in EGP.
• Coaching is delivered digitally — plans via the client platform, communication via WhatsApp. Enrollment is confirmed after payment is verified.
• We may decline or discontinue service where health information indicates coaching would be unsafe; in that case unused fees are refunded pro-rata.

2. Health disclaimer

• Coaching is fitness and lifestyle guidance. It is not medical advice, and Coach Bonga is not a physician. Always consult a doctor before starting any training, nutrition, or supplement program, and disclose all medical conditions in your intake form.
• Sleep coaching does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders or mental health conditions. If red flags appear (sleep apnea signs, restless legs, depression), we will tell you to see a doctor first.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Results depend on your consistency and individual factors — no specific result is guaranteed beyond our published commitment.

3. Accounts

• The client platform requires an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts, plans, and programs are personal and non-transferable.

4. Intellectual property & ebook license

• All content we deliver — training plans, nutrition plans, programs, the "Ministry of Sleep / وزارة النوم" ebooks, website content, and the platform — is the copyrighted intellectual property of Bonga Coaching. All rights reserved.
• Purchasing a plan or ebook grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself. It does not transfer ownership or any right to share, resell, publish, or distribute it.
• Ebook watermarking: every ebook copy is uniquely watermarked with the buyer's email address and order reference. If a copy is leaked or distributed, the watermark identifies the responsible account. Unauthorized distribution is copyright infringement and may result in termination of services without refund, and legal action including claims for damages under applicable copyright law (including Egyptian Law No. 82 of 2002 on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights).
• An ebook purchase covers ONE edition (English or Arabic), chosen at purchase.

5. Payments & refunds

• Full payment is required to confirm enrollment. Accepted methods are listed on the payments page.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to access other clients' data, no scraping, no reselling of materials, no abusive conduct.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; paid services in good standing are honored or refunded pro-rata at our discretion.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for injuries or health outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provided or from not following medical advice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
