Bonga Coaching (bongacoaching.com) is the online coaching business of Coach Bonga — a competitive bodybuilder and certified transformation coach based in Egypt, with 8+ years of experience and 100+ client transformations, and a championship medalist (Star Academy Championship, Dubai).
We provide personalized, science-based fitness and lifestyle coaching delivered fully online, in Arabic and English, to clients in Egypt, the Gulf, and worldwide. Every plan is built individually around the client's body, schedule, and goals, then adjusted week by week based on real check-in data.
