All Bonga Coaching services are digital services. Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping fees or courier timelines apply. Services are available to clients worldwide.

How services are delivered

Coaching plans (Gold, Silver, Life Coaching, Advanced Protocol) — after payment is confirmed, you receive an assessment form on WhatsApp or email. Your fully customized plan is delivered digitally (PDF / WhatsApp) within 3 business days of completing the form.
Check-ins and plan adjustments — delivered continuously through WhatsApp for the full duration of your package (daily on Gold, weekly on Silver).
Consultation calls — delivered as a 30-minute voice or video call at the exact date and time you select when booking. Booking slots: Sundays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mondays and Thursdays 4:00 – 8:00 PM (GMT+4).
Ebook ("The Ministry of Sleep / وزارة النوم") — delivered as a PDF (the single edition you chose, English or Arabic) on WhatsApp or email after payment is confirmed, normally within 24 hours.

Delays

If we ever cannot deliver your plan within the stated time, we will notify you on WhatsApp with a new delivery date — or offer a full refund if the delay is on our side and unacceptable to you.
